At the feet of the Andes Mountains Indyis searching for any trace of his friend, an American geologist. After an exciting search he finds the deathly ill man in the small village of a primitive Indian tribe.As the man lays dying he gives Indy a strange amulet shaped like a feathered snake. The Amulet was once the propriety of a Myan High Priest and is said to grant its Wearer magical powers. Unfortunately the only thing the amulet brings Indy is trouble as he is targeted by a hostile tribe who wants the amulet back in their possession.

1939, Off the coast of Greenland - An American expedition ship discovers an enormous iceberg, and on it is the insane scientist, Dr. Van Hesling. Hesling is obsessed with finding the ancient ship of the Gods that he believes to be hidden within the iceberg. Months later an international research team led by Indiana Jones approaches, in a gigantic Zeppelin, the iceberg ready to attempt to learn its secrets.

Not really realistic and Indy like. Bad ending.

Professor Korda, friend and colleague of Indiana Jones, gets in one of his expeditions stuck with his plain in a huge storm above the rainforests of Bolivia. Just before making an emergency landing, he does a sensational discovery: a meteorite crater covered with pure gold! To find the true proportions of his discovery, he calls the help of archeologist and adventurer Indiana Jones. Together they discover that they found the legendarian gold treasure of El Dorado. But it is also known that there is acurse on this gold .

Cool stuff and fun to read. Not the best Indy novel, but very interresting.

At a cocktail party in the Russian embassy in Washington, Indiana Jones is approached by the beautiful Tamara Jaglova, of the Russian government.Indy soon finds himself traveling toward outer Mongolia, on a quest to find the sword that-according to legend-can restore the ancient kingdom. Many interested parties are fighting for possession of the sword and only Indy can save the continent from the disastrous consequences.

The best Indy novel within 'Horus'.

Indy is working with professor Petryk, who has discovered the forgotten people of the Anasazi Indians. Why is this discovery so important that Indy is now in greate danger? Indy must avoid the gangsters of Chicago's underworld and prepare for an exciting new adventure. An adventure to preserve an ancient culture at all costs.

The worst Indy novel. Unrealistic and a bad story.

World War has erupted and the German navy is setting up U-boat bases in the South seas. An American agent obtains a sketchy map to the bases. When the map reaches Washington, Indiana Jones is called in to find the missing agent. He begins his search on the island of Pau-Pau. What first looks like a tropical paradise becomes a flower covered hell and Indy's assignment looks to be a suicide mission .

Not a must to have. Sometimes good, but mostly boring.

1940, A Submarine is destroyed by an ancient ship off the coast of England. Meanwhile in Liverpool a man is arrested who speaks a strange unknown language, and in Belgium a group of Germans are working on reconstructing a mid-century castle. Is there a connection between these strange events? Indiana Jones has his hands full as he finds himself caught between Nazi spies and a Belgian rebellion. If he is to survive he must find the connection in these bizarre events-the legendary sword Excalibur.

Weird and without the Indy feeling.

Indiana Jones receives a telegram from Professor Basil Smith ,a friend who saved his life many years ago. Indy sees the opportunity to repay an old debt and heads to Turkey to meet Smith only to discover the Professor has vanished. Indy follows the clues to Egypt. There among the pyramids he discovers an ancient evil that has waited centuries to be free...
