Lucas is convinced that television is the medium for education as well as entertainment.
He wanted to make an interactive educational series with the young Indiana Jones
as narrator. The young Indy would meet many famous people and would have an influence
on important historical events without even knowing it. And besides the history
lesson, Lucas wanted to show us what made the adventurer we know from Raiders
of the Lost Ark and the two following films. The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles
was filmed on location all over the world ~ including England, Russia, Spain,
Czechoslovakia, Kenya, France, India, China, Austria, Egypt, the United States,
Morocco, Ireland, Italy, Africa, Turkey, Greece and Thailand. |
